Steeped in over 122 years of history, The House of KOKO presents an immersive series of spaces injecting adventure into the members’ club experience.  


Lose yourself in a hidden world sprawling across four floors of exquisite, carefully considered design backstage at London’s iconic KOKO theatre.  A look inside The House reveals just a glimpse of the countless exceptional spaces and experiences that members can enjoy, day and night.  From decadent dinners cooked on the warm Stage Kitchen’s open fire, to late nights with your personal bartender in the hidden vinyl rooms, to the thrill of finding secret Door 101 and dancing the night away on the KOKO stage…

Ellen's

Our intimate jazz and blues bar Ellen’s plays host to a rich programme of curated live music.  A nod to KOKO's past, the space is named after actress du jour and icon of aestheticism Ellen Terry who first opened the theatre in 1901.

KOKO Live: Gabriels and Celeste
A secret members’ show in Ellen’s followed by a headline theatre show, Gabriels returned to the theatre once more, this time with surprise guest, Celeste, in collaboration with Montreux Jazz Festival.
Bedroom Tales Cabaret
Members were transported to another world as Bedroom Tales, an immersive new cabaret show, took to the stage in Ellen’s. Burlesque dancers, live music and spoken-word performances formed part of a unique experience.
Casamigos House of Friends Presents Sertaç Dirik
Sertaç Dirik, the young mastermind behind east London’s critically acclaimed Mangal II, created a culinary journey for members as he brought the spirit of the Turkish grill to the open fire of The Stage Kitchen for an intimate supper club experience.
Compassionate Inquiry With Gabor Maté
Dr. Gabor Maté visited The House for a series of interactive workshops. Maté is an internationally renowned speaker and physician, highly sought after for his work on addiction, trauma and childhood development.
Raye
Record breaking BRIT-winner, Raye, delivered a breath-taking intimate performance to members watching from the theatre’s majestic Fly Tower. This one-of-a-kind live music experience put the audience on stage with Raye.
Es Devlin: In Conversation
Artist and stage designer, Es Devlin, visited The House for an intimate member Q&A. Es Devlin's career highlights include installations at Tate Modern, Olympic Ceremonies and the Super Bowl, as well as set designs for Beyoncé and Kendrick Lamar.

Membership at The House of KOKO unlocks an array of exclusive benefits and a unique place to connect with a community built on a shared love of music, culture and the arts. Access perks include impromptu backstage performances from theatre headliners, spectacular full house parties, relaxed remote working areas, and a 20% discount for under 25s on food and drink from Monday-Wednesday across The House.

The application form will take around 10 minutes to complete. You do not need a proposer. Once you have submitted your application you will be able to book a tour.
